The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only know what you choose to tell us when you write to us.

What we collect

When you email us, directly or through the form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address and anything else you include, such as your phone number, travel dates and the number of people travelling. The form does not send anything itself; it opens your own email app with the message filled in.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, plan your journey and make the bookings it needs. To book stays, vehicles, guides and permits, we share the necessary details with the hotels, operators and authorities involved. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to [email protected].
